[New Quizzes] New Quizzes: Option to eliminate choices during a multiple matching quiz

When students take a multiple matching quiz, it is very confusing for them to continue to see answer options in the drop down list after they have selected them as an answer. See in the pic below how "rising, beginning, origin" was selected as the first vocab answer, but is still available in the drop down list of choices for all of the following questions. It would be best if instructors had the option to choose if answers should be used only once to eliminate them for the list OR, allow for the answers to be used again. Please consider this feature request to eliminate confusion for students. Thanks!

Has this been resolved yet? Thanks!

I too would like to see this as an option.  VERY needed.

Can the background color change if the answer has been chosen already? Struggling students can not remember if they chose that answer for a different matching question already.

I would love this.

Problem statement:

When using matching in building quizzes, there should be an option to remove answers already used. I want to use the matching for vocabulary testing, but students get frustrated they have to sift through all the answers again and again and want them to depopulate as they are used. But I want it to be an option not a default, sometimes its ok for them to have a challenge, the more they know the words and vocabulary the easier it should be anyway.

Proposed solution:

Create an option setting for matching in quizzes that depopulates answers as they are used.
