[New Quizzes] Select All/Select Some Item Bank Questions Instead of Duplicate All

Problem statement:

There is currently no way to limit/exclude any of the questions from an item bank when adding to a New Quiz.

Proposed solution:
  • Create a "selection box" next to each question > then an "add/randomize" button for ONLY the questions selected.
  • Also include a "select all" button to automatically check the selection boxes beside every question, then allow for "deselection" of one or more questions for faster processing.

Our Why -- This solution would be different than the current "All/Randomize" button, as we do not want EVERY question in the bank added to our quizzes. We need a way to select several questions in the bank at a time when curating a comprehensive exam, instead of just one-by-one and not having the ability to keep them grouped and randomized.
