[New Quizzes] Show students all availability dates, total possible points, and total questions before starting quiz

Problem statement:
When students open a quiz in classic quizzes, most non-confidential metadata about the quiz displays including start and until dates, total number of questions, and total number of points before the student starts the quiz and timer. New Quizzes does not display this data.
Proposed solution:
In New Quizzes, when a student opens a quiz, include the start and until dates (if set), total questions, and total possible points on the initial page before the student starts the quiz.
