[New Quizzes] Student Highlighting in new quizzes

Problem statement:

The current new quizzes functionality does not allow students to highlight as they are taking the quiz. This is a good testing feature to have available to students.

Proposed solution:

This is a good testing feature to have available to students. The NPTA and other national exams are allowing students to highlight question text while completing the assessment and it would be GREAT if New Quizzes would allow this as well.
