[New Quizzes] Use This Attempt Button in SpeedGrader

When an error occurs in New Quizzes that interferes with a student's most recent attempt, one solution is for faculty to apply the previous score.  However, that is only possible through the addition of fudge points to the most recent attempt. 

Speedgrader allows the display of each attempt one at a time.  When viewing an attempt that is not the one that counts, speedgrader should present a button allowing faculty to "use this attempt" as the graded attempt.
