Problem statement:

Currently, outcomes aligned to new quizzes are only visible on the individual quiz. Whereas outcomes aligned to rubrics are displayed on the outcomes alignment page in a course, which allows for an easy check that all outcomes are aligned to assessments. There is no easy way to see all of the outcomes aligned in a course that uses New Quizzes.

Proposed solution:

Incorporate the outcomes aligned on new quizzes onto the outcomes alignment page.

We are moving this to "will not consider" only because the implementation is actually on the way. You can read more about it on the New Quizzes roadmap here:

First, new Quizzes will have the option to download the outcomes analysis report. Then later "Outcome-alignments will now be included in both Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes, allowing educators and administrators to more efficiently migrate quiz content between formats." This should make the integration between New Quizzes and outcomes more user friendly and effectively allow you to view them on the outcomes page.
