We are using a vanity URL to provide access to the Canvas instance and are able to customize the sender email for notifications. However, the email address remains as and causes confusion amongst users who are expecting official emails to carry the domain name of the institution. Provide for custom email address to be configured for notifications from Canvas so that institution branding information is maintained, and email recipients are better able to recognize the legitimate emails.
