When a course is concluded (either manually or by date), it seems the Last Activity and Total Activity columns are no longer visible to teachers. Teachers may still need to see this data for past courses for reporting purposes or other processes like grade disputes. I don't see any reason not to keep this data displayed for concluded courses.
The Total Activity and Last Activity columns should be visible to teachers regardless of the course state (unpublished, published, or concluded). This adds consistency and gives the teachers access to information they may need to complete their assigned work tasks at any time.
