Because of Chrome extensions using AI like the Canvas Quiz Solver (https://canvasquiz.com), it has become impossible to give quizzes in Canvas with even a modicum of academic integrity. I am not allowed to give in-person quizzes for online asynchronous classes and Respondus Lockdown Browser is really difficult to use and set up. Can Canvas do anything? Can any extensions be disabled while a student is taking a quiz, as an absolute minimum? Yes, I know they can type things in elsewhere and look things up on their phone, but these extensions are ridiculous and have to be made not to work as a bare minimum of academic integrity. Otherwise, Canvas's Quiz function is going extinct.
Make any extensions in a browser be disabled while a student is taking a quiz. Why? To negate the use of AI using quiz solver extensions.
