Due to GDPR requirements, our institution needs to contact everyone who creates a User access token to remind them of their data management responsibilities. At present, we need to keep a list of everyone who has created a token and periodically compare it with the User access tokens report to see if anyone new needs to be contacted.
To make this process easier, we propose that a date_created field be added to the User access tokens report so that we can easily see who has created a user access token over a defined period. Adding the dev key id or dev key name to the report parameters would also speed up the process as we could select just the "User Generated" keys that are required.
