[Reports] Allow to filter by three or more sections in module analytics

Problem statement:

We produce reports on student activity in a course based on the number sections managed by an instructor. Some instructors can manage up to three sections, but the module analytics that produces the reports only filters up to a maximum of two sections .

Proposed solution:

It would be helpful if the module analytics showed results for three sections or more.
