[Reports] Speedgrader total marking time

Hi

I have a request for Speedgrader

1. Is it possible to know how much time a marker spend marking assignments (eg. in the figure below 00:14 means 14 minutes)? Has this idea being discussed before?

So every marker will have a grading time associated to them:

This is very important in keeping track of Marker/Teaching assistant hours to avoid going under/over their contract hours. So for example, if the marker was fast, then he/she can be moved to help with other questions.

This will be available to instructors and the markers. It is not necessary that other markers have access to other people's marking time. The main people who should have them are a)the instructors and b)the marker.

 @tomas_kojar , so that our members can effectively evaluate this idea, would you please add details and use cases about how and by whom this information is intended to be used, and to what end? Would this "time spent" be visible only to the instructor/teacher/grader, and only available to that individual in SpeedGrader?
