[Rich Content Editor] Default Video Quality

Problem statement:

By default the Canvas video player will default to the lowest quality setting. This makes text in some videos very blurry or in some cases unreadable. While those viewing the videos can adjust the quality manually I think the quality by default during playback should be the best quality available.

Proposed solution:

Make the Canvas video player default to the highest quality available which would alleviate the issues with quality during playback.
