[Rich Content Editor] Discussion, Assignment, and Page Preview

Problem statement:

I'm not able to preview a page, assignment, or discussion to see what it would look like before saving it. We're currently migrating from D2L and this was a very helpful feature especially when working in the HTML editor.

Proposed solution:

When building pages, discussions, or assignments with links, it would be helpful to preview the page before saving it. I would like to preview how it would look first before possibly messing up the code I'm working in.
