[Rich Content Editor] Upgrade the Rich Content Editor

Problem statement:

It would be great if the Rich Content Editor were state of the art. For example, the Symbol font does not work, line spacing is not available in the icon menu, and so on. One could become expert in writing HTML, but that seems like a really poor use of time these days, given the rapid development of AI.

Proposed solution:

Just incorporate a state of the art Rich Content Editor. Maybe this is not as easy as I'm imagining.
