When creating a Rubric based on Outcomes the Designer has to click multiple buttons to add just one Outcome. In case of more than 2 Outcomes this is labor-intensive and mistake-prone.
From "Create New Rubric" after clicking "Create From Outcome", in the window with the title "Find Outcome" we would like to be able to select an "Outcome Group" to be added, groups functionality already exists for Outcomes.
Alternatively or perhaps also: In the window withthe title "Find Outcome" add the possibility to select multiple Outcomes by means of for example radio-buttons or Windows CTRL+Click or a more OS-independent method. After selecting at least one Outcome the "Import" button will light up, just like current functionality and clicking it will import all selected Outcomes.
Why:
- This saves a lot of click-work.
- Designer will not have to keep notes as to which Outcomes were already added and which are not.
- If Outcome-Groups can be used these standard groups can be added to a rubric with less chance of errors.
