[Rubrics] Print Rubric

Problem statement:

My teachers want to print rubrics for their IEP and 504 students. The teacher's only method of printing right now is to copy and paste into a Google Doc or a MS Word Doc and print outside of Canvas. This seems like unnecessary extra steps and a print preview version of rubrics (and quizzes for that matter) should be easily accessible by both students and teachers.

Proposed solution:

Create a print preview option for Rubrics so that teachers can print their rubrics for IEP and 504 students.
