[Rubrics] Rubric Grading for Google Doc Assignments

Add the ability to grade Google Doc Assignment in Canvas speed grader using rubrics. There is not an option to add a rubric when using the external tool of Google Cloud Assignment like there is a rubric option for assignments embedded in Canvas.

Yes! I completely agree. Canvas actually had this feature a few years ago, then it went away. It's incredibly frustrating to not have a rubric option and then not be able to attach learning outcomes to that specific assignment. It would be incredibly helpful to allow the rubric feature for this. Especially when working with middle schoolers it's easier for them to have all their work in one place (ex-Canvas), rather than having to go into and use different tabs and windows to find their previous work.

Since many schools are using Google every day, it would be helpful to be able to add a rubric to our assignments using Google docs and slides.
