Problem statement:

Currently the Ratings cells in Rubrics do not consistently align. The first cell of the Ratings does not text wrap, but the second does.

Proposed solution:

Adjustable margins that auto-wrap the text are needed for better readability and consistency of UI. All Cells set to wrap text in the same manner, ideally without reactive cell borders.
