[Rubrics] - edit and delete icons need to be separated

Simple suggestion:  when creating a rubric the "edit" and "delete" icons are right next to each other.  Numerous times I've hit "delete" instead of "edit" and have to redo the criteria.

Simply move the "edit" icon all the way to the left and keep the "delete" icon to the right.

Hi Stefanie.  Does Open for Conversation mean this is a good idea and Canvas might make the change?  I hope so.  Still "deleting" by accident!!
