[Scheduler] need breadcrumb navigation to return or jump back to course site

Problem statement:

After making office hour appointment slots, from course scheduler, there is no button on the page to quickly return to the course site. Steps to re-create: 1. On course home page, click View Calendar (right) 2. are in the calendar page 3. No button exists to return to course site that I came from.

Proposed solution:

Add top navigation breadcrumbs to return back to the course site.
