Show Due Dates for Discussion Checkpoints in Speed Grader

Problem statement:

Our instructors are confused when they don't see a due date listed in the SpeedGrader for graded discussions with checkpoints. We were told by Canvas support that this was intended behavior. At a minimum the language should be updated to show that there are multiple due dates. Right now the SpeedGrader text shows "Due: No Due Date". Ideally this should show "Due: Multiple Dates" or "Due: Date 1, Date 2".

Proposed solution:

The SpeedGrader should reflect the multiple due dates for discussion checkpoints. The current text of "Due: No Due Date" is inaccurate since there are due dates set for initial posts and replies.
