[Speedgrader] Additional Section is Being Selected when trying to switch Sections

Problem statement:

In Speedgrader, teachers are discovering that when they are trying to switch from one Section to another, that the other section is being selected as well. In other words, instead of switching sections it's selecting additional sections. The only way to release the section seems to be to click the All Sections option. This is not only different and new behavior that is confusing teachers who love Speedgrader and are frustrated by it, but it's also making it many more clicks to switch between sections.

Proposed solution:

Please change it back so that when you are in Speedgrader viewing one section and then click another Section, you switch to that section (and not make it an additional selection). I hope this can get fixed quickly. Thank you so much!

Here is a comment from a frustrated teacher:  "Unselecting every other course whenever I want to use speedgrader in Canvas is not sustainable. We did not have to do this last year. Can you please change it back to default to a one-section focus in speedgrader?"

Here is another comment from a frustrated teacher:  "that is super annoying to have to click through for such a simple thing.
Hopefully it will get switched back to the intuitive way it was!"
