Student Assignment Enhancements Feature Option should support Turnitin

When Turnitin is enabled for a file upload assignment submission, students see a customizable message, and must check a box to acknowledge use of the system.

However, when the "Assignment Enhancements - Student" feature option is enabled, there is no indication to students that Turnitin is being used:

Please update the Assignment Enhancements interface to integrate this customizable acknowledgement that Turnitin is enabled.

I realize the title should be "Student Assignment Enhancements Feature Option should support Canvas Plagiarism Framework"

I'm using Turnitin, but it should work with any tool that supports CPF.
