[Student Grades] SpeedGrader Interface for Students

Problem statement:

Whereas the teacher-facing SpeedGrader interface is pretty good, there is no similar screen that gives a student that same, heads-up view of their assignment along with any on-page comments, rubric results, and assignment notes. Getting the students to check their feedback is hard enough. The current student-facing system is unintuitive. The excess clicking and navigating required to get the information disincentivizes students from looking for it.

Proposed solution:

Change the student's view for assignment feedback to something more-or-less identical to SpeedGrader (though, of course, without the class averages for that assignment).
