[Student Grades] "View Feedback" button needs to be easier to identify

Problem statement:

Can we please make the "View Feedback" button bigger? My students have a very difficult time knowing where to go to see my comments with highlights on their submissions because the link is so incredibly small and nondescript. This is especially an issue with my online students who are not in the classroom form me to point out where to go.

Proposed solution:

Make the link bigger and more noticeable
