[Student View] Pop Out Display

Problem statement:

Hi! When you are editing your course, it is often useful and necessary to view the final product in student view. However, to make edits, you need to turn off student view. This means that you need to toggle back and forth between screens.

Proposed solution:

My colleagues and I would love to see student view be a pop up window so that the instructor can still make changes to the course while viewing what it looks like on the student end. This would eliminate a lot of back and forth screen changes.
