[Studio] Ability to choose a specific frame of a video as the thumbnail

Problem statement:

Presently, Canvas Studio thumbnail images are chosen by Studio. The user has the option to click on the three action dots at the corner of the video thumbnail and select the "Replace Thumbnail" button, which prompts the user for an image to upload. If the user wants to select a frame from the Studio video as the image for the thumbnail, the current workaround is to pause the video in full screen mode, take a screenshot, save the screenshot as an image file, then upload the image.

Proposed solution:

Users should have the option to select a specific point in the video timeline as the source for the video thumbnail image without having to create a screenshot. This could be achieved by adding a button/checkbox in the video details section that causes a pop-up that allows the user to enter a video timestamp that Studio can grab an image from and set as the video thumbnail. When the user clicks the button/checkbox, Studio should also read the play head position and display the play head's current timestamp by default. This way, all a user has to do is have the video paused on the location where they would like to pull the thumbnail image from and click confirm.
