[Studio] Add oEmbed Support to Canvas Studio

Problem statement:

With the increasing use of Canvas Studio to host and share videos, it has become crucial for institutions to be able to embed these videos seamlessly across various platforms. While Canvas Studio currently supports direct and embed links, there's a growing need for oEmbed links, especially for platforms like Learnifier and potentially other LMSs and institutional web pages. Rationale: 1. Cross-Platform Compatibility: Many platforms and LMSs require oEmbed links for seamless video integration. The absence of oEmbed support restricts the versatility of sharing Canvas Studio videos. 2. User Feedback: There's a clear demand and urgency for this feature. It's not just an isolated case; as more institutions migrate to Canvas Studio, this feature will become increasingly essential. 3. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Other video-hosting platforms like Vimeo and Kaltura already offer oEmbed support. To stay competitive and user-friendly, Canvas Studio should consider adopting this feature.

Proposed solution:

Proposed Solution: Integrate an oEmbed link generation feature within Canvas Studio. When users opt to share a video, they should have the option to generate an oEmbed link alongside the direct and embed links. Benefits: 1. Enhance the user experience by offering a broader range of sharing options. 2. Increase the adaptability of Canvas Studio videos across various platforms. 3. Respond to genuine user feedback and needs.
