It is presently impossible to select a "Course Collection" as a destination for the "Move to..." function. This is true whether the video source is "My Library" or another "Course Collection." I believe this is because the "Move to..." function only allows you to move videos between Collections within "My Library," but "Course Collections" are never technically in "My Library."
Allow the "Move to..." feature to use Course Collections as a destination. This may mean allowing "Course Collections" to be added to "My Library," just as other Collections currently can be.
