Problem: We have a link to a video in Studio but we do not know the owner. Instructure support cannot locate the owner with the link because the logs do not go back far enough. Admins need to be able to locate the owner of the video in Studio. Use case(s): Owner of the video has been deleted (soft) from Canvas and their videos in Studio need to be deleted. There is a inappropriate video in Studio and we only have the link and we need to identify the owner.
Create studio video links that identify the user. If the link to the video includes the internal Canvas user id, then we can use that information to track down the owner of the video.
