[Studio] Bulk Creation and Publishing of Closed Captions of Recordings

Problem statement:

Currently it is only possible to create captions on a one by one basis. We recently had a Lecturer who had 185 Canvas Studio recordings saved in one course. On checking how to generate the captions it is a lenthy manual two step process of generating and then publishing the captions one video at a time.

Proposed solution:

To save time, would it be possible for the creation and publishing of captions to be a bulk job?
