Canvas administrators and instructor users need the option to bulk download Canvas Studio media files. Use Case: We have an instructor with 2,000 GB of Canvas Studio media files. I've received verification from L1 Canvas Support that all of these files need to be downloaded individually, one-by-one.
A proposed solution would be the creation and enabling of a "bulk download" feature for non-YouTube, non-Vimeo Canvas Studio media files. In efforts to manage our system usage of Canvas Studio there has to be parameters in place. Having 2,000 GB of media files is completely out-of-control and we need an efficient way to retrieve these files in bulk and move them to a more appropriate video storage platform.
