[Studio] Embed Canvas Studio videos that start from a specific time

There are videos I'd like to embed on a page multiple times. I'd like the video to start at a specific times so the student's don't have to find a relevant section. I don't want to split the video into smaller bits, because I'd like to pool the comments.

There is a similar feature with YouTube videos. Adding "?t=70s" at the end of the link would make the video start from 1m10s.
