[Studio] Enable Full Access to Video and meta data via Shared Link in Canvas Studio

Problem statement:

Currently, when a user receives a shared link to a video in Canvas Studio (via the Media Share > Link option), they can watch the video, but they cannot view or edit the video’s metadata, such as the title or description. This limitation makes it very difficult to identify, organize, or reuse videos—especially if you only know the url, and need to embed the video elsewhere in Canvas or manage it within the Studio library. The shared link leads only to a stripped-down view with minimal context.

Proposed solution:

Allow users with access to a shared video link to view the full metadata of the video within Canvas Studio, and, if they have permission, edit the title, description, and other settings. This would make it significantly easier to: - Identify videos when working across multiple courses - Search and organize videos in Studio - Embed videos again later using embed tools rather than relying on the link - Collaborate more effectively between colleagues
