My main problem is that it is time consuming to add and edit Studio quizzes, limiting the effectiveness of the tool. It is only possible to add or edit quizzes from videos in my own Studio Library which means that when I want to enrich courses, from my position as a curriculum focused administrator, more time investment is needed. Examples: 1. I would like to be able to add Studio Quizzes to videos I have not added and to edit those I have not added; that is, to have access to the Studio quizzes of videos not automatically in my library. I work in an education context with over 1,000 videos. We have a media team who edit and upload videos. I would like to add Studio Quizzes to videos the media team have uploaded without having to go through the process of adding to my own library. I would like to support those already using a Studio Quiz who may have made a simple mistake, without starting from scratch or going through them. 2. I would like to use CSV uploads or some of the newer AI integrations to make it easier to make numerous quizzes. My workflow is to download transcripts (or watch a whole video), quickly generate quizzes (at times using AI) based on the transcript and then manually enter them question by question into Studio. I would like to make this process faster.
1. I would like Studio Quizzes to be accessed from 'course library' rather than 'my library', for better collaboration across departments and the institution. I would like those with the edit permissions able to edit a course to similarly be able to edit Studio Quizzes. I would also like the ability to share content across a school or course so teachers can co-create and reuse quizzes. 2. I would like to somehow streamline the process of adding quizzes to Studio videos. For example, using API access: Draft all quiz questions before uploading the video. Be given a consistent format that could be adapted (e.g., a Google Doc or spreadsheet) to plan: The timestamp of the question Question type (multiple choice, true/false, multiple answer) Correct answers (for example demarcated by an *)
