[Studio] Studio Quiz Answer Options Can Be Overlooked

As I am exploring quizzes in studio , I am experiencing an issue that may cause students to overlook certain options for answers to the quiz. (How do I create a Canvas Studio video quiz in a course?‌)

When I have two options for my quiz, such as a T/F question, the question and answers appear like this:

When adding a multiple choice question with four answers, it looks like this:

There is really no difference to the way the two questions look and no indication that there are two additional answer possibilities available.  The only noticeable difference is the size of the scroll bar, which most people probably will not even notice especially since the questions won't be side by side to see the differences.

It would be nice if there was some way to indicate that there are additional answer options for answers that are not in plain sight.
