[Studio] Timestamp data on CVS for Studio Insights

Problem statement:

There is not a way to see when a student watched a video. We are mostly in person but on days when I have a substitute, I require my students to watch a notes video that I make in canvas and then do a practice assignment. I can see what percentage they watched and if I click on the table I can see specifically where they watch in the video but it does not show when they actually watched it.

Proposed solution:

It would be nice if a time stamp of when they watch could be added to the CVS sheet or even just show under the insights tab. It would make it easier to hold students accountable that way.

Thank you for submitting this idea. We have this on our radar when we next time work with the Studio viewership insights, so I moved it under the Additional functionality enhancements for Studio idea theme.
