Problem statement:

If a user would like to have the same thumbnail for several videos, the user must replace the thumbnail for each video they upload.

Proposed solution:

Create an area where a user can upload a default thumbnail, or upload to a repository where a user can select from a set of predetermined thumbnails. The repository(ies) can be user-specific, area-specific, sub-account specific, or institution-wide.
