[Studio] When editing captions, have left side text automatically scroll down in sync with the video

Problem statement:

When editing captions within Studio, the caption lines on the left side are static and you have to manually scroll down (using either a scroll wheel or the scroll bar) while the video plays

Proposed solution:

When playing the video for caption editing, it would be nice to have the caption lines on the left side automatically scroll down in sync with the video as it plays. If the video is stopped/paused to make a correction, the auto-scrolling would also pause/stop. This makes the editing process smoother and one fewer thing for the editor to keep up with.
