[Studio] video captions indicator from library view

Studio videos should show on the preview whether or not captions are added. It takes several clicks to open a video to see if there are captions and the current workflow doesn't allow for a systematic review of Studio videos with captions. it would be even better to be able to request captions for the more menu (three dots) of a studio video from the library view. @studio
