App keeps crashing

It’s been two days and app still crashes while trying to load. Need help solving this issue.

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your app crashing. Are you using an Android or iOS - we recommend clearing the cache:

If that still causes it to crash, we recommend deleting it completely and  re-downloading it.
