I have turned my iPad off twice and deleted the app twice and reinstalled it and the canvas app still won’t open. What do I do please? It happened after I updated it.

Hi @Lilly00000 - Our mobile team is aware of the issue and is actively looking for a solution. For now, with iPads running iO 18, it's best to use a mobile browser like Chrome or Safari. Continue to check the App Store for updates or set your device to automatically update when a new version is available.

I updated it today. Am I supposed to wait for another one?
Hi @Lilly00000 - That's correct. The version that you installed today has an issue that prevents it from working on some iPads. A new update should be available soon, though I do not have a specific day or time to share.
