Calendar malfunction

Hi, every time I press the calendar button on canvas the app freezes and I have to exit out of it. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and the button sometimes works the first time I open the app but then goes back to freezing next time I open it. It does the same thing when I restart my phone. It works if I go to the canvas website on my phone and computer, but for some reason it won’t work on the app. I need to use this feature several days a week as my teacher posts the specifics of my class only under the calendar section.

Sorry to hear the calendar is having issues. I would suggest you try the following and see if it helps:

1) Go into your iPhone settings and select Reset cache on next launchhttps://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Student-iOS-Guide/What-Student-app-options-can-I-manage-fr...

Note that this will also remove your login information, so you must log in again. 

2) If #1 doesn't work, you should delete the app in your iPhone storage settings (Go to iPhone Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Find Student app and select Delete App). If you delete the app from your home screen, it might not completely remove all app files.
