I can't find my school in the Canvas App

You might try one of these solutions:

iOS Device

• How do I log in to the Teacher app on my iOS device with a QR code?

Android Device

• How do I log in to the Canvas Student app on my Android device with a QR code?
• How do I log in to the Teacher app on my Android device with a Canvas URL?
• How do I log in to the Teacher app on my Android device with a QR code?

Make sure to read the information in the light blue boxes at the top of those Guides...as you might try using your school's Canvas URL if you haven't tried that yet.  Good luck!

Hi @KristalPogue ,

In addition to the excellent advice from @Chris_Hofer , make sure you know what name your institution is using. If you are a K-12 student, you likely will be looking for the name of your district and not your individual school site. If you are a college student, you may need to look for an "umbrella" name for the whole system rather than your individual college, or conversely, you may need to look for your school or department rather than the name of the university system.
