I am sorry you were experiencing some issues with loading pages in Canvas on your tablet.
I assume you were most likely using the mobile browser on your tablet instead of the Canvas mobile app when this happened?
Based on how you are describing this, it sounds like the browser session may have timed-out as you tried to reload some of your pages.
Here are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try if you experience this again:
- Ensure you are using a supported mobile browser for Canvas. HERE is some documentation on what mobile browsers can be used
- Clearing the cache and cookies on your mobile browser for 'All Time'. This is sometimes a necessary step to take when you experience intermittent issues loading content on mobile browsers and especially in Canvas.
- Ensuring your mobile device and browser is up to date.
- Ensuring you don't have any blocked cookies or permissions on the mobile browser.
- You can also rule out that your WiFi is not the cause by running a speedtest for the network you are connected to HERE.
