Clicking/Viewing an announcement leads to Blank/Empty Page.

I recently installed the Canvas app on my new phone (android). While I can see the list of announcements, attempting to open any specific announcement results in a blank white page. I've tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and restarting my device, but the issue persists. I also tried, checking the settings, and it is all in default. I also tried clicking the announcement from my email (to redirect to Canvas) but it just loads and then leads to a blank/empty white page again.

P.S. This applies to all canvas courses on this device; I cannot open any specific announcement or see its text. It's just an empty white page. However, I can view it using other devices like my tablet (android). What should I do? I would like to have access to the announcements using my phone, so I can be notified easily.

That certainly sounds like an odd issue. I would recommend double checking to ensure your phone's android version is up to date, and that it's a supported version of Android. If it is, you will want to reach out to Canvas support so that they can investigate it more thoroughly; they will likely want some screenshots, as well as what kind of Android device you're using, and the Android OS version.
