Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with uploading your video. In the past we've seen this because it was taking too long to upload, have you attempted in a different device, browser, or different network location? If it isn't working on your phone I'd try it on a laptop or computer. It will probably work. Also you can try clearing the cache on your phone - that could be the issue.
