I set up my account to observe my son. It worked well. Now I can't log back in. When I select Forgot Password and then Reset Password it brings up a error box and never sends me an email. Please help!

It says " This Institution has been suspended... "this at the bottom of my screen.

I'm new to this but have a serious question there's 2 class's the links don't work for the live class's I have sent repeated emails to teachers no response, i don't know how to fix this issue

Canvas for parents works fine on my ipad, but when trying to load it onto my Win 10 desktop, canvas says invalid username or password.  When clicking forgot password, nothing is sent to my email.  How do I download canvas parent on desktop, or re-establish password (if that is the problem..... yes I did check my inbox, spam, junk and trash folders).
