Changing Order of Index Sections

I need to change the order of sections in the index. I want to move Modules to follow Announcements.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "change the order of sections in the index", but based on your second sentence, I think you are asking about re-ordering the items listed on your left-hand course navigation menu.  If you want to do this, please follow the steps outlined here:
